Intuitive Energetic Healing and Massage Therapy has always been my calling. The satisfaction I get out of helping others is truly rewarding and making a difference in the wellbeing of others is very important to me. I love what I do and I believe that my passion for my work is easily felt when I am in a session. I am a graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage and have practiced for over 10 years in various holistic therapies.

I am Nationally Certified by the NCBTMB and Georgia Licensed. I practice many forms of healing ranging from very deep tissue Neuromuscular Therapy to performing very gentle yet effective massage work with the body’s energy field and spirit. I am very intuitive in my touch and carefully listen while conducting an interview before every session to evaluate and address my clients personal physical, spiritual, and mental needs. I rarely perform the same massage twice because every person is constantly changing and every body is different.

My company name Pura Vida, reflects my philosophy and direction. Pura Vida is the Costa Rican greeting that literally translates to “Pure Life”. I as a massage therapist act simply as a facilitator, to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. I believe it is of utmost importance to keep our bodies and minds healthy so that we can experience long vibrant lives and in turn keep our spirit pure and healthy. In addition to being nationally certified in Massage Therapy and bodywork, I have been certified in Reflexology, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy, Acupressure Therapies and many types of various spa treatments. With these additional areas of expertise, I am in a unique position to evaluate and deliver specific massage therapy treatments and other wellness services to help empower clients to create a healthier lifestyle and spirit.
